Angelrock ProjectsWelcome to Angelrock Projects, a listing of the humanitarian campaigns and philanthropic cause-related marketing initiatives that I personally coordinate or support. Though I champion many endeavors, there are six main causes that I am wholeheartedly committed to and work on full-time. They include child abuse awareness and prevention through the Champions for Children Campaign and Safe Horizon; African initiatives projects in Johannesburg (Diepsloot) and Soweto, South Africa focused on educational and micro-finance projects in partnership with Hope Worldwide; Brooklyn Services aiding at-risk children in the borough of Brooklyn, New York through partnerships with The Salvation Army Bushwick Community Center and Safe Horizon's Expert and Compassionate Services; raising awareness and funds for The Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation; supporting Hurricane Katrina relief by aiding families and children through partnerships with The Children's Defense Fund's Freedom School in the 9th Ward of New Orleans and Bonita House of Hope in Houston, TX; and Styleworks, an initiative that continues to offer mentoring programs and a referral service to women moving from welfare to work. I welcome you to visit the websites of these non-profit organizations for more information and to consider supporting their missions. |
