Dear Sponsors, Parents, Students, Mentors, Etc.

 

BABA Educational Services wishes to invite you and your organization, to participate as one of the sponsors of the College & Career Tech Fair 2010 occurring at two locations.  The first event occurs in Alameda County , Oakland at McClymonds High on April 24th. The second fair occurs in San Mateo County on May 15th. The College & Career Tech Fair is free to participants, presenters, and attendees.

 

The objective of the College & Career Tech Fair 2010 is to inform and introduce students from the seventh grade through community colleges age range, parents, guardians, and mentors about colleges, universities, especially HBCUs, such as Howard University etc.,technical trade schools, training, and employment opportunities. The fair introduces youth to possible career paths. Last year, we featured over forty possible career paths serving hundreds of young men and women at the event in Alameda County. This year, we include San Mateo County.

 

Ms. Malaak Compton Rock, we would like follow in your footstep by have  our young people touring our HBCUs and the Motherland someday.Please consider sponsoring your local event. We require manpower, food, souvenirs, and monetary support. For your monetary support, we have advertisement space in each of our souvenir booklets, which will be distributed at the fair.

We expect over 600 people to attend. The presentations to parents and students runs from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm. Entertainment from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm closes each event. Lunch is provided to all free of charge.

 

Please RSVP no later than Friday, March 26th for the Alameda County College & Career Tech Fair 2010 and by April 7th for the San Mateo County College & Career Tech Fair 2010. Please see instructions to register on-line as a financial sponsor by visiting our website, http://www.BABAeduc.com.
